How much will I really pay and when?
Until you're satisfied with the result - 0 PLN. The survey, prototype and 2 revision rounds are free. You pay only when you say "yes" and we launch the site: 249 PLN net/mo for a 24-month contract, 299 PLN net/mo for 12 months (+ VAT). You can also pay 1,500 PLN upfront for each year of the contract and get 130 PLN off the monthly rate - that's 119 PLN/mo over two years or 169 PLN/mo over one. Always included: domain, hosting, SSL, GDPR documents and 1 change batch per month. No paid extras. If you prefer no subscription - the outright plan costs 8,900 PLN once.
What if I don't like the prototype?
Nothing. The prototype is free - you simply don't use it. You don't sign any contract, don't provide a card, pay nothing.
I already have a site - can you take it over?
Yes. We transfer your domain, recover content from the old site and use it as a starting point for the new one. You also get a free audit of the old site: what worked, what didn't, what the SEO looked like. New customers reach the new site without any interruption.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The survey is simple questions about your business - like a conversation over coffee. We handle all the technical stuff.
What if I'm late with a payment?
You have 14 days from the invoice due date. After 14 days the site is temporarily suspended - and comes back within 24 hours of payment. The contract continues. These rules are written in the contract in black and white, before you sign anything.
Is the site mine?
During the subscription contract the site is in our care - we are responsible for the domain, hosting and operation. After the contract ends you can buy it outright. See the exact ownership transfer terms → You can also take the outright plan straight away for 8,900 PLN - two years of subscription plus the buyout costs exactly the same.
How do I submit changes?
Through a simple form - similar to the survey you fill out at the start. Every month you have 1 change batch included in the subscription.
What does a consultation include and how much does it cost?
A session with a consultant costs 200 PLN net. The consultant will walk you through the survey or help describe revisions. It's optional - the whole process works without it too.
What if I need more than 2 revision rounds?
Each additional round beyond the free limit is quoted individually, depending on scope, and paid upfront before implementation. After payment we implement the changes just like the free rounds.
